Charity Pitch Application Dulwich Park Fair Sunday 21st May 2017 12-5pm

Dulwich Park Fair is now in its 10th year and ends the Dulwich Festival. It is a free outdoor event that normally attracts over 7,000 people. The Fair includes a Steam Fair, Vauxhall City Farm, Punch and Judy, the Magician and a surprise performance. The stage by the café will feature local musicians, brass bands, choirs and dance acts of all ages. As always, there will be a huge variety of food, craft, drink and charity pitches.

This application form invites Charities to apply for a single free pitch. Each pitch is 3 metres wide by 5 metres deep and you must bring your own tent / canopy. No tables or chairs are provided. We can’t supply electricity.

Charity pitches are subject to availability and charities that have a link with Dulwich Park or are of local interest are given priority. You will be notified by email.

On the day of the event you will be directed to your pitch. No changes can be made to your position.  Car park passes will be issued to bring your goods and equipment into the park from 8.00am through College Gate entrance off College Road.  We only allow one vehicle into the park though so please don’t arrange for people to drop items off by car in the park. Please note your vehicle must be parked in the car park by 11.30am and the car park pass must be displayed. Please do not pack up early as vehicles will not be allowed to leave the park before 5pm.

Closing date for applications: Friday 31st March 2017
