Examples of artworks and processes for permanent collaborative artwork *Poetry or quotations are often a great source of inspiration* Glass – fused glass (melted at high temp), glass moulds. In terms of glass fusing, these would need to be assembled by the children and then taken by me to a kiln for firing. Afterwards, the work could be hung together using wire, or form part of another sculpture, e.g. wood or willow. Mosaic – (using ceramic, glass, handmade tiles, handmade fossils etc.) Mosaic can be made in-situ or in pieces to be assembled later. This works particularly well when the tiles are made in clay by each child. (Fired by me off-site). A space would be needed for the work to be housed whilst it’s being constructed.
