2. For all contract amendments/extensions/ follow-on contracts, etc. after November 1, 2015 the following guidelines shall apply: i) gross salary increases shall be limited to CPI plus a performance-based increase not to exceed 2%; ii) there shall be no increase in living allowances or similar expenses unless explicitly authorized by MOF Decree.
