Q: What are the ways that you communicate with your parents?
• Telephone is the most use tool to communicate with family, with more than 80% respondents use regular number and more than 25% use fee apps to call their family. Telephone is followed by messaging apps with nearly 20% respondents chose it.
• Using regular number on telephone is preferred more in Hanoi than in Ho Chi Minh, while apps (messaging apps and fee apps) is more popular in Ho Chi Minh.

• Most people visit their hometown once in a half year or once every month.• People in Hanoi visit their hometown much more frequently than Ho Chi Minh City (27% Hanoi respondents
choose to visit once a month while 30% Ho Chi Minh respondents visit their hometown twice a year) due to the fact that people from Hanoi live closer to their hometown than those in Ho Chi Minh city

• Bus is the most popular transportation, especially in Hanoi, followed by motorbike.• 13% respondents from Ho Chi Minh city use airplane to travel back to their hometown, at the same time only
1% from Hanoi use it.• Female prefer bus more than male and male choose motorbike more than female.
