Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BNNPTNT was issued on February 13, 2017 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to amend and supplement a

number of articles of Circular 48/2013/TT-BNNPTNT and take effect. from 3/30/2017. This Circular amends 10 articles and replaces Appendix IV with
