Mutualink’s V-NIC acts as a gateway to any video source, video link or video distribution system (VDS). A V-NIC may be configured as either an input device where it will appear as a monitor to the VDS, enabling video feeds to be shared with any Interoperability Workstation or output V-NIC participating in the incident. Alternatively, the V-NIC can act as an output device, appearing to be a camera to the VDS and transmitted video from any input V-NIC in an incident to any computer or Smartphone with a media player.
