Case 1

A 58 year old male presented with a slow growing verrucous plaque on the right leg

On examination the plaque measured 4x3 cm and showed 1 cmsatellite nodule adjacent to the margin on one side.

• Case 4 : Case history –

• 2 year old boy with H/o persistent cough since 3 months.• CXR – large mass in left hemithorax• CT scan MRI – probably neurogenic tumour

Case 5 : Patient details and history:

A 55 year old male patient came with a history of swelling over the right wrist since 6 months.

The swelling gradually increased in size, and was not associated with pain.

No history of trauma or tingling and numbness in the fingers.
