The Victoria University of Wellington Foundation Studies Programme transitions international students into university undergraduate degree courses. The programme consists of classes in English, Maths, New Zealand Culture and Society, and six optional subjects. Why study in Wellington? Wellington is New Zealand’s creative, scientific and political centre and is a popular study destination for both domestic and international students. UP International College Foundation Studies classes are delivered at UP International College on Level 3 of the Wellington Railway Station building. The campus is only five minutes’ walk from Victoria University’s Pipitea Campus, with easy access to public transport, accommodation, and food and retail outlets. Applicants must be at least 16 and show proof of successful academic experience/qualifications at:

• Year 12 (NCEA Level 2) – New Zealand

• Senior high school 2nd/3rd year – China

• Grade 11/12 – Rest of world
