Viceroy - FAQ - November 9th 2014 Infinite gemstones: Using infinte gemstones: Is it once per big turn (the game is composed on 12 turns) or is it once per turn in the development phase ? => Each turn is divided into two phases. You can use an infinte gemstone only once per big turn. In other words, you can use an infinte gem once per development phase. Please note - an infinite gem can not be used in the auction phase. Replacing cards: If I replace a card and thus create a single-color circle, do I get a gemstome ? => Yes, you get a bonus gemstone for completing the single-color circle with the new card. Law cards: Law card 65: => "Replace any card in your pyramid with this one. Move all tokens (if any) from the replaced card onto this card. Take the replaced card to your hand: you may play it in any following turn." Law card 67: "exchange a token from your pyramid and one from another player's pyramid. Pay him 3 gems." Player A plays law card 76 and put some gems on it. Later, Player A plays law card 67 exchange one of those gems with a science token which was on a law card of Player B's pyramid. What happens to the gem on the other player's pyramid ? Does it become an infinite gem ? Does it go to the reserve (as it doesn't work) with the card => The gem is returned to player B's reserve. Law card 68: is it really 1 point for each card in the pyramid (included the hidden card), because it's really powerful if you bring your pyramid to the 5th rank ... => yes, that's what this card does. Law card 69: "you skip the auction phase, take the card you want and replace it with a card from the small pile." Question: is it at every turn or just the next auction phase ? If it is at every turn, what happens when the small pile run out ? => Card 69 works just once.

Infinite gemstones:
