Two VISN level Reentry Specialist who visit all State and Federal Prisons meeting with the Veterans and assessing those within 6-months of release. Screened 700 FY2009161 State Prisons/9 Federal
PrisonsNHC is working with the DMH
Forensic Unit to schedule a training program and develop a system of both communication and referrals.
