Verus omega 3 comes from fish livers captured at sea. Fishing vessels have completed HACCP and export fish to the

USA and the European Union.

The livers of fish are frozen at -25 ° C on board and packed in cartons of 25 kgs, just like the processed fish, which can

be found in supermarket.

Frozen livers are processed in our plant, where the following processes are performed:

2. Process the liver into a paste.

3. Separation of the oil by centrifugation through special tricanter.

4. Mechanical refining.

5. Oil crystallizing, in a special way.
