ORDER POLICYPAYMENT: We accept Visa and MasterCard. COD, checks, money order and cashier's check. (Distributor pricing sub-ject to credit card handling fee.)

FIRST-TIME ORDERS: First-time orders are COD orprepaid with credit card.

TERMS: A signed credit application with personal guarantee must be completed to be approved for net accounts. Terms are net 30 with no grace period. A finance charge of 1% per month pro-rated daily will be applied to past due balances.

PRICES: Due to the fluctuation in Asian currency,reorder and special order prices are subject to change with-out notice.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: Due to the nature of our hand-made products, size and colors in our samples and catalog are approximate and may vary.No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by our authorization. Please contact us within 14 days ofreceipt of your order for authorization to returndefective goods or items shipped in error.

No returns after 30 days. Returns are subject to a 15%restocking fee.

RETURNS: Our products are packed carefully and inundamaged condition when shipped. In the unlikely event of damage, all original packaging must be saved.No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by our au-thorization. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of yourorder for authorization to return defective goods or items shipped in error. No returns after 30 days.Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS: All items not shipped are automatically backordered. Please specify if you wish to proceed differ-ently. We will contact you prior to shipping all backorders over $100.

MINIMUM ORDER: Since our low prices are based on volume orders, minimums are $250 for new orders and $100 for reorders. No orders under $100 will beaccepted.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB Miami via ground carrier unless otherwise requested.

WHAT IS "NAME DROP"We can customize most of our products with your city, state, store name, logo or any idea that you may have! Your order will be customized using a machine-stamped system (pad-print).

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE NAME DROPPED?All the items in this catalog that have an asterisk can be name dropped.

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR NAME DROP?This depends on whether it is an existing (commonly used) name drop or a custom logo or name. We require a mini-mum of 48 pieces per name when using an existing tem-plate. For customized printing, our MOQ is 144 pieces.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR NAME DROP?There is an additional cost of $0.20 per piece.

WHY IS THERE A COST FOR PRINTING?Unlike most companies that build in the cost of printing into all their items, we charge a separate printing fee only for those items that need printing. Since some customers do not need name drop on their items, we don't feel it's fair to charge for this service if not needed. This allows us to offer the lowest possible prices. In addition, we sell to distributors (and some retailers) who do their own printing and/or use some other form of name dropping, such as self-adhesive labels. See page 226 of the catalog for labels that we offer.

IS THERE ANY COST FOR CUSTOM MADE LOGOS?We charge a $25.00 design fee for custom logos.

HOW LONG CAN MY NAME DROP BE?This depends on the size of the item to be printed and the size of the name drop required.

ARE NAME DROPPED ITEMS DISHWASHER SAFE?Unfortunately, they are not.
