IDRAFLOT™ Flotation technologies

Dissolved air flotation units for solid/liquid separation, highly efficient and able to assure an optimum and uniform air/water mixing along the whole surface of the unit. IDRAFLOT™ flotation units surpass the traditional DAF systems achieving such a clarification and thickening ratio which can be defined as “ultraflotation”, with a considerable removal efficiency in COD, suspended solids and fats.

High efficiency compact fine screening units for process and wastewater pre-treatment IDRASCREEN™ is properly equipped with a high pressure system to carry out the periodical cleaning and avoid clogging problems.

High efficiency (96-98%) physical-chemical and aerobic plants with specific technologies for industrial wastewater treatment. Simple and compact layout, suitable also for small space requiring installations. The VWS Italy plants, equipment and machinery comply with the highest quality standards of production and design. Thanks to its internal design department, the company offers an effective cooperation and an excellent flexibility to meet the specific and different requirements of the customer. VWS Italia provides a wide range of plant solutions with the goal to supply optimal solutions from the technical, operational and economic point of view, starting from the conventional “activated sludge” wastewater treatment plants up to the development of specific wastewater treatment plants and innovative technologies.

ZEO-GEL

Fully ecologic modular odour control plants, equipped with a filter which, thanks to Zeolite and to a special gel (Idragel), captures and neutralizes malodorous molecules of various origin.The out-coming air is completely purified and odour free.

PRFV COVERS

Fiber glass reinforced polyester covers, particularly resistant to internal corrosion and atmospheric agents. Flat or convex-shaped and installable in circular or rectangular basins, the PRFV covers are self-carrying, equipped with catwalks, and UV resistant. The sizing is realized in accordance with the regulations in force; stainless steel bolts and inserts, long-life characteristics, easy assembly and disassembly. The colour can be chosen by the customer according to the different aesthetic requirements.
