RULES AND REGULATIONS:

No Entry Fee.

Painting Competition - There are five categories :

Category A - Class I - II

Category B - Class III – IV

Category C - Class V – VI

Category D - Class VII - IX

Category E - Class X – XII

Six students from each category can participate.

Drawing sheet will be provided by the host school. Participants should

bring their own drawing board, brushes, colours etc.

2-D Collage making Competition - Zero Garbage The collage will be

created using waste material (like- waste wedding cards ,calendars,

magazines, bottle caps ,newspapers, wrappers, tetra-packs etc.).

One team comprising of two students from each category can participate.

Participants should bring their own craft material, waste cardboard /waste

plastic sheet as base of the collage. (size A-2).

There are two categories :

Category I - Junior level (VII-IX)

Category II - Senior level (X-XII)

T-Shirt Designing Competition – There are two Categories:

Category III - Junior level (VII-IX)

Category IV - Senior level (X-XII)

One student from each category can participate.

A White T-shirt of medium size has to be brought by the participants.

Pottery Designing Competition – There are two Categories:

Category III - Junior level (VII-IX)

Category IV - Senior level (X-XII)

One student from each category can participate.

The participants shall bring his/her own waste pot/mug/plate (other than

plastic) for the competition.

Please note:

There will be separate entry forms for participation in different competitions.

All entries must be sent class-wise in BLOCK LETTERS IN THE GIVEN

FORMAT.

School I-card is must for all participants.

Painting / Collage/Pottery & T-Shirts will be retained by the host school.

No pre-prepared material/stencil/ mobile/printout is allowed, else

disqualified.

Reporting time - 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Competition timings - 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Result Declaration - 12:30 p.m.

All the works will be adjudged by a panel of judges. Their decision shall be

final and binding on all participants.

All participants shall receive participation certificates on the same day.

The prize distribution ceremony will be held on the same day.
