Chief Executive Officer

Waheed provides strategic leadership of WATCON and is responsible for the execution of corporate goals and operations. Prior to founding WATCON Engineering, Waheed’s last job was at a global financial institution Morgan Stanley in New York City as Vice President catering to some of largest global hedge funds. Waheed lead a global cross-divisional team, which designed, implemented and rolled out Morgan Stanley’s real time portfolio analytical platform used by some of largest clients. He is a senior leadership level executive with 22 years plus experience in project finance, product development, marketing, business development, corporate strategy and vendor management. Waheed holds Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical engineering from UET, Lahore and Master in Business Administration from Drexel, PA, USA.

Taj provides engineering acumen to WATCON as leading partner in the firm. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with MS in TQM and has more than 22 years of experience in project planning and management for plant construction & maintenance services related to oil and gas, cement, chemical, agro-based industry, hydro/ thermal power plants and infrastructure development projects. Before WATCON he worked in leadership roles at some of leading firms like, DESCON, EKL & SENDAN Int’l (KSA) in local as well as overseas assignment (Qatar, UAE & KSA) successfully and attained a good repute within Professional Network and Engineering sector/ market (National & MNCs). Manager Projects

Faisal heads projects control department and responsible for project management and control at project sites and at the head office. He is also responsible for all technical issues related to project planning, scheduling, monitoring, proposal preparation, and resources (material, man-hours, consumables, and tools). His responsibilities also include project estimations, evaluations, budget monitoring, comparative analysis of cost trends against actual and forecast costs, and the evaluation of changes in scope through field directives and change requests. He prepares execution and inspection procedures and bills of material, as well as marking and cutting plans, drawings, sketches, as-builds and piping isometrics. Before joining WATCON he worked with firms like, DESCON & EKL in local as well as overseas assignments successfully in engineering sector/ market (National & MNCs). He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Master of Science degree with more than 12 years of experience.
