Velox Logistics Center was founded in March 2009, as a transport company with

significant logistics background.

The concept and company development take place primarily at the company’s main

office, in Pitesti, Romania. However, the company has developed a widely spread

network of partners, from all around the world.

The company’s strategy to provide own trucks fleet transport services and forwarding

logistics services has enabled the company to strengthen its position on the market

and to provide complete and rapid solutions to clients' needs.

The success of the company is driven by the people and their unrelenting focus on

delivering results by operating responsibly, professionally and innovatively.

Velox Logistics Center is committed to assist customers worldwide by understanding

the needs and requirements of the clients and providing them with prompt and high

quality transport services to meet the deadlines and demands of each delivery.

The company is managed by Lucian (as General Manager and Business Administrator).

He manages the team of Logistics personnel in charge with order preparation and

fulfillment. His team is responsible for all inbound and outbound Logistics and order

preparation.

The Financial area is managed by Adriana (as Financial Manager). Her team is

responsible for supervising and handling financial activities and for managing the

cash flows of the business.

The own transport domain is coordinated by Marius (as Transport Coordinator), who is

responsible for directing daily transports using company’s own trucks fleet. He is

constantly in charge with trucks maintenance and with driving personnel relation.

The trucks fleet is managed by experienced drivers. They are permanently educated

and tested to assure safe and high quality transportation of the loads. They

responsibly operate assigned vehicles and perform minor maintenance tasks, as

required.

Velox Logistics Center’s main business is auto vehicles transport by road within and

outside the European Union.

The company manages the own trucks fleet and partners’ trucks fleet in order to

provide transport services to existing and new customers.

Although the company is operating mainly within the European Union, it organizes

also transports to various destinations outside the European Union.

Velox Logistics Center is continuously expanding the Clients and Partners portfolio in

order to cover a wide range of areas of delivery. By doing so,

Globalization and industry expansion bring special transport requirements on a daily

During 2010, the company has provided transport services within and outside the

European Union. The business activity has greatly expanded due to management and

personnel commitment and professionalism.

The total number of loads performed during year 2011 was approximately 1500,

during which more than 12 000 cars have been transported, over 20 European and

non-European countries.

This noticeable evolution is the result of an expanded network of customers and

transport partners. Within 2011, the company has reached the number of 65 satisfied

customer.

Velox Logistics Center relies on both internal and external clients and partners.

Maintaining a steady increase in satisfied customers and reliable partners is one of

the main goals of the company. Within 2011, the company’s goal was achieved, by

increasing the number of partners to reach almost 110 transport companies.
