A period of two to three months is usually required for this
stage - depending on your scope and analysis. Setting
up the connection is fairly straight forward. Customizing
it to the specific needs of your organization however,
takes time. The majority of the setup work consists of
a business mapping requirement involving internal
discussions between sales and marketing to adapt the
connector to different sales models and the marketing
campaign journeys developed. Requirement changes
are covered by our post-implementation support.
Implementation and ‘day to day’ usage
Veeva Eloqua Connector subscription includes the
following:
Setup Operation
1. Kick-off and scoping with Statement-of-
Work (SOW) and report.
2. Setup and configuration.
3. Validation and testing of user stories and
campaign journeys.
4. Handover and training.
1. Updates, upgrades and enhancements of the
app to support changes in either system.
2. Sixty hours of configuration/customization
changes per year.
3. Ongoing first line support.
Subscription Integration
Client and team account relationships
Subscription management is synced between the two environments ensuring clients, sales and marketers have the
ability to manage their subscription preferences and interests of clients.
Target communications based on the relationship between clients and team account members.
Sales Enablement
One-to-One Sales emails recorded in the Veeva activity logs are imported into Eloqua custom data objects. The
Engagement Factory Chatter feed app notifies sales as soon as a client opens an outbound message and pushes Eloqua
confirmation back into Veeva. Combined with Oracle Profiler Sales will have a complete digital body language of their
clients.

Engagement Factory’s connector app delivers a complete, bidirectional synchronization of data between both the
Veeva System and Eloqua.
