About this Initiative Tirthankar Mahavir Vidya Mandir will provide value-added education to the children of the Tirthshetra, regardless of caste, creed, and religion.

The School (50,000 sq ft) Acharya Shri Chandanaji aims to leverage holistic education to raise awareness about protecting natural resources, cleanliness, an addiction-free life, non-violence. The success of these initiatives will transform entire villages into safe havens for children, help adults build respectable and sustainable lives, and foster love for animals and nature.

The Vocational Training Center (9,000 sq ft) Veerayatan understands that imparting education does not end with building infra-structure. For the school to become a focal point for regional development, the experience will include vocational training to resolve unemployment and supplement income.

Pragyateerth TakshasheelaA Groundbreaking Initiative for Sadhvijis & Seekers

The name of this learning Centre“Pragyateerth Takshasheela” has been inspired after the title of Bahubali’s capital city Takshasheela. Brahmi and Sundari, the highly learned daughters of Bhagwan Rishabhdev, delivered the powerful message, awakening Shri Bahubali Swami to attain Keval Gyan.

Women have played a significant role in the advancement of Jainism through history. Mahavir Swami’s preachings place immense importance on giving respect to the entire Sadhvi Sangh. Samosharn is the living example of his generous viewpoint towards women.

Palitana’s holy pilgrimage site will soon be home to a “Center of eminence” to impart theology, philosophy, comparative religion, holistic studies, languages, yoga, meditation and related subjects to the Sadhvi Sangh and all seekers.

This well-designed educational campus will provide a unique setting for the Sadhvi Sangh to absorb lessons and engage in self-study. The facilities will be available not only for the Sadhvi Sangh but also for Diksharthis and seekers with a desire to learn. The intended curriculum will include both ancient and modern, subjects and languages to expand understanding and self-reflection.

This is a ground-breaking initiative that has relevance for the entire community. The impact one learned Sadhviji can have on herself and the society would reap far reaching benefits for all.
