1. Applicant can view application no. with booked appointment from follow up screen (default screen showing)


2. Move to Working Area screen , and click on Appointments link.


3. You can view any booked appointment in Applications Appointments page by clicking on View /Cancel link as shown .


4. Scroll down to view appointments Details , and

click on The Video Conference logo to start online appointment .


5. The system will open a new window Lync Web App Scroll down and click on Sign in here instead link as shown


6. Type your Name as shown .. then click on Join the meeting link


* The system will update screen.. As applicant have joined the video conference appointment now as (GUEST).


* Here you can notice that DM engineer have joined the video conference appointment.


7. Scroll down the screen ..Un-mute voice and release Cam by clicking on buttons shown, in order to start the discussion with DM engineer ..


8. To share desktop (share viewing drawings/attachments etc) with DM engineer :

1-click on the button shown above,

2- then click on Desktop link

Desktop view window will be shown..

* Display can be maximize by clicking on the right side button if needed.


* You can give control of your desktop for DM engineer by clicking on give control button from the drop down list as shown above..

Note that this option will enable him to see every thing on your screen & Any time you want control back , just press ctrl+Alt+Space

* Press F11 to enter/exist full window mode (to minimize the window)


* Also you can take back control of your desktop by clicking on give control drop down list & pressing on Take Back control
