1. At the outset Dr. J. V. R. Ravindra, Principal & Chairman of IQAC welcomed themembers to the meeting.
2. Principal briefed about the Institute (Management, Vision, Mission, Quality Policy,institute awards and accolades, programs offered, infrastructure) and welcomedDean(IQAC) to continue the remaining agenda items.
3. Dean (IQAC) welcomed the members and introduced the members newly inductedin the committee.
4. The committee thanked the old members for their contribution.
5. Informed the activities being handled by the IQAC.
6. Agenda Item 1: Reconstitution of IQAC Committee
• The IQAC committee is Reconstituted with new members replacing the fewmembers who left the organization.
• New members are welcomed into IQAC body and introduced to the body ofmembers

7. Agenda Item 2: IQAC coordination presented the following activities during 2019-2020
i. Academic Performance of Students
• The overall student result analysis is presented, reasons behind variationcompared to previous academic year results in the performance discussedand analyzed during the meeting.
ii. PO attainments for 2020 passed out students
• PO attainments are presented and discussed the reasons in detail regardingmarginally attainment of POl and PO2 of EEE department.
iii. Feedback on Facilities
• Feedback collected on facilities for the year 2018-19 and 19-20 are presentedand discussed. The feedback for below threshold value parameters such as
Extra &Co-Curricular Activities, Games and sports was discussed.
• The members are suggested the possible solutions to make the modificationsin these areas accordingly.
iv. Feedback on Online Classes
• The IQAC Coordinator presented the feedback collected on online classes anddiscussed pros and cons of taking classes online for both faculty and students.
v. Student Feedback & Analysis -Action taken
• Student feedback questionnaire is presented to the committee and receivedthe few suggestions from the invitees regarding Mid Semester Feedback andEnd Semester Feedback questionnaire parameters and it is advised to reviewthe questionnaire, IQAC reacts positively in this concern.
• Positive impact on the faculty after counseling for the faculty who got lessfeedback is strongly anticipated by IQAC cell.
• Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) questionnaire parameters are presentedand informed about, the SSS is mandatory to submit AQAR for NAAC
Accreditation during the assessment Years. The report of SSS is presented.
vi. It is informed about Academic and Administrative Audit is planned to conductin the 1st week of February for the AY: 2019-2020.
vii. Department Score Card(DSC)
• IQAC coordinator presented the performance of all the departments withrespect to DSC for the Ar.r1demic Year 2018-2019. All the members
congratulated the ECE department for the best score.
• It is informed about the DSC parameters and analyzed significance of each
parameter in the DSC.
viii. It is informed about Status of NBA Accreditation for B. Tech Civil & alsotimeline for the submission of Compliance Report for CSE, IT, ECE, EEE & MECHin the month of February 2021.

8. Agenda Item 3: IQAC Coordinator informed about the following Quality Initiativesplanned for the AY:2020-2021 and received valuable suggestions from the memberspresent.

• IQAC coordinator has strongly recommended to examine the efficacy of
student monitoring by conducting an audit with faculty auditors.
• It is presented the observations identified by the Audit committee for theAcademic Years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.
f. Best Practices
• Best practices implemented for the past 5 years in the college are presentedand requested the suggestions for the best practices for the upcomingyears.
• Faculty Self Appraisal parameters
• 2019-2020 Faculty AP! Scores analysis is presented and New Faculty APIform for the 2020-2021 presented and detail discussion was made with thecommittee members.
g. Applying for various Ranking Agencies/Certification like ISO
h. It is informed that IQAC: has been actively working and applying for variousranking agencies and distinguished certifications like NIRF, Times, ISO etc inlinewith academic progression.
i. Collaborative Quality Initiatives with other Institutions
j. IQAC has been promoting and proposing different activities like Qualityassessment monitor from partner institution, Students industry readinessassessment through Co-Cubes, Joint research for quality publications, Students'project evaluation by experts drawn from industry.
k. It is informed about the Faculty Orientation Program 'GURU-DAKSHTA' wasconducted during December 2020.
I. It is informed about Orientation Programs (Deeksharambh) for students onQuality issues also conducted in association with Freshman Engineeringdepartment.

At the end Industry Member and Alumni member of the IQAC shared their views.
• Mr. Sudheer Babu a member from Industry suggested that continuousprogress can happen only with consistent efforts put-in tokeep oneselfupdated by incorporating the best skills in the field of education.
• Mr. Naveen Kumar Alumni of our institution, Appreciated the differentpractices of the college presented in the meeting. He also acknowledged thepresent best practices which are the benchmarks for the faculty anddepartment.
