A MESSAGE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES
USER CONFERENCE 2012 WRAP UP!
It’s hard to believe almost a month has passed since the conclusion of the 2012 National User Conference! It truly was the most amazing event yet that AgVantage has hosted. The feedback, surveys, comments and emails we’ve received from our customers from that event are proof it wasn’t just from our eyes, but our customer’s eyes as well. Thank you to all who at-tended. Your presence makes this event what it has become today. I hope those of you who attended left with more knowledge and ideas to make your jobs and your companies more efficient. I hope you carried away a glimpse into the AgVantage team and how we work together to make this event as spectacular as it is. Our support team has been very busy since the conference, following up on your requests for software demos, installa-tions of new software purchases or upgrades of existing packages. We’ve been following up with training on questions or new topics you learned about, so the dust hasn’t quite settled yet on our duties from the User Conference in the support de-partment! Make sure to keep the knowledge you learned at the conference fresh and put it into action. If you are interested, remember to take advantage of our eTraining classes to help you refresh your memory on those things you learned at the conference. Through the end of July, we are offering our Annual special on a full year of unlimited eTraining for your entire company for only $1500. You can find the current schedule on our website under the Support tab, and then click on Training on the right hand side and in the center of your screen, you can find a link to the current schedule. Also, if you attended the User Conference, an eTraining schedule thru the end of August is also on the thumb drive you received with all the handouts and other flyers. If you are interested in signing up for this special, please contact Kate ([email protected]) or myself ([email protected]) to register. Enjoy the rest of the summer, as with everything, it will go by quickly and before we know it, we’ll be talking fall colors and corn harvest! Stay well.

Lori Campbell Conference Manager [email protected]
Thank you for taking the time to join us for our 2012 National Conference. Almost 250 people attended our conference last month, including our customers, our busi-ness partners, and our staff. It was so wonderful to have everyone there for the edu-cational opportunities, the networking, and the fun. There was so much excitement in the air! Part of it is like a family reunion as we greet our long time attendees. There is also much fun in getting to meet our new attendees and hear about their lives and businesses. It was gratifying to see everything come together as our entire staff had worked for many months on various aspects of the conference. The post conference surveys showed one of the strongest loves for a hotel confer-ence location that I have seen! You liked downtown Minneapolis, the food, the guest rooms, the service etc… There were a few people that were a bit hesitant about the downtown location, but most really loved the hotel and gave it a 10 out of 10. There were 38 classes mentioned as “favorite session” in 2012. That is what I like to see as it means there were lots of attendees very happy with a wide range of sessions they attended. Our conference offsite evening event, the MN Twins vs. Phillies baseball game, went ahead as scheduled! That was amazing and a pleasant surprise for all of us since it had rained the entire day! As we kept saying all day, “It’s a 10% chance of no rain,”…..and the positive thoughts worked. Looking ahead to next year, our tentative dates are June 19-21, 2013. Our plan is to use a new luxury hotel, the Radisson Blu, which is being attached via skyway to the Mall of America. It is scheduled for a March, 2013 comple-tion. I will write a newsletter update after the contract has been signed.
Becky Kleeberger of Interstate Mills, Owatonna, MN and Julie Yost of Freeborn County Coop, Albert Lea, MN were each honored for attending their 25th conference! They received a glass crystal vase with a bouquet of flowers.
