• Students pick projects, not assigned• I teach TRIZ and IWB as well as the

standard brainstorming techniques• Students must write a grant proposal

(NCIIA format)• I cover concept mapping, hoping it will

help in conflict resolution• Guest lecturers on entrepreneurship &

innovation
