standards in our manufacturing facility in Belleville, Illinois.

We make most of our components – from cutting steel to forming to welding to painting – and then hand assemble

each fireplace to ensure the best fit and finish. For purchased parts, we give preference to North American suppliers

– including our hand-painted log sets, our tempered and ceramic glass, the paint and powder coating, and even the

packaging we use to protect our products until they reach your home.

The result is a fireplace that’s built to last by experienced craftsmen and craftswomen – a fireplace that’s as deeply rooted

in history as fire itself – American Hearth.

Van Buren Premium 42 Model and Deluxe 34 and 36 Models Standard Features

Van Buren B-Vent Fireplaces combine modern technology with traditional venting to create the appearance and

performance of a conventional fireplace but with the convenience of gas.

Our B-Vent systems let you prolong the flicker of the flames without overheating your room. The BVD-34 input is

21,000 Btu; the BVD-36 is 25,000 Btu; and the Premium BVP-42 is 30,000 Btu.

The hand-painted ceramic fiber Log Set features large logs, arranged to fill the fireplace and complement the flames.

Our deep Premium 42-inch B-Vent fireplace features our Slope Glaze Burner – the industry standard for great looking

flames. Ceramic glazed pellets in the burner tumble and swirl the gas to produce a natural flickering fire.

The Deluxe 34- and 36-inch B-Vent fireplaces include hand-painted logs artfully arranged on our more compact

Contour Burner.

Van Buren fireplaces come with matte black slat louvers (except flush front models), and operable curtain screens.

Our B-Vent fireplace features hem-bent seams that provide a better seal while eliminating dozens of screws and

fasteners. The result is a lighter, more rigid box that’s easier to install.

fireplace to your décor.

For louvered models, choose louvers in three patterns – slat,

arched, and mission – finished in matte black or hammered pewter.

Matching door sets and frames complete the transformation from

an attractive fireplace to a stunning focal point.

Operable bi-fold glass doors, trimmed in matte black, add an

elegant touch.

Two styles of optional ceramic brick liners – Aged Brick and

Smoked Herringbone – create the illusion of a masonry fireplace.

FBB4 automatic Blower with variable speed control may be used on

Louvered Models.

Outer Frames & Bottom Trim Our metal three-piece outer frames let you transition from your fireplace to any adjoining surface – wooden mantel, tile,

stone, or any noncombustible material. Choose from steel frames – with traditional crisp lines – or our new extruded

aluminum frames – with a profile that combines gentle concaves with flat surfaces. Each is available in matte black, or

hammered pewter.

Our bottom trim completes the fourth side of the color frame.
