Ideal for a high volume production environment, the rig is suitable for testing raised face valves up to 10” ANSI Class 150, and is guaranteed to improve turn around time on valve testing. Features 3 Hydraulic test system, with AZ-1 series air operated hydraulic pump, accumulator isolation valve, pressure release valve and safety relief valves 3 Nitrogen/air test system, with GB’S series air operated gas booster pump, inlet gas bulkhead connector threaded 1/4” NPT female, gas stop valve and gas filter 3 Hydraulic clamping system comprising four finger type, fully adjustable clamps, capable of a combined clamping force of 75 tonnes 3 An interlocking system, preventing pressure from being introduced into the valve under test until the valve is securely clamped in place 3 Additional controls including nitrogen or air/water selector, high pressure fine metering valve, pressure release valve and test gauge bulkhead fitting threaded 1/2” BSP female

VALVE TEST BENCH CUSTOM SOLUTIONS

Nessco Pressure Systems can customise a valve test bench to any requirement - just take a look at the portable unit we manufactured for a well known pressure testing service provider (left and right).

A mobile shipping container was fitted with a pressure relief valve test bench, capable of testing pressures of up to 10,000psi, hydrostatically or with nitrogen gas. The facility was also equipped with a 100 tonne clamping fixture, internally mounted jib crane and an externally recessed bulkhead through which compressed air, nitrogen and electrical utilities can be connected.
