The Valor Bridge Mission
To honor our veterans through a continuous program of education, community, and
mentorship that develops motivated individuals into long-lasting, impactful and
significant leaders in the private sector.
What is Valor Bridge
• Education & Curriculum focused on Transition Skills– 10-15 classes over six weeks taught by national
professionals
• Continuous Paring in a Mentoring Relationship– 1 on 1 pairing with an executive level mentor
• Ongoing Community of fellow Veterans and non-veterans– A network of career and professional support
Provides an unparalleled opportunity for Veterans to strive.
The Program- Phase 1: Introduction to purpose reinvention, skill set transitions and hard skills such
as resume writing, job applications, networking.- Forum with successfully transitioned vets- Speakers and coaches focused on purpose reinvention- Coaches and experts on hard skills
- Phase 2: Purpose reinvention continued, emotional intelligence and communication skills, introduction to career strategies.
- Speakers and coaches that will conduct workshops and round table discussions.- Interactive discussions and group work- Individual sessions
- Phase 3: Mentor integration, career strategies, business coaching, networking and launch of career strategies.- Mentor pairing and integration work- Coaches and academics focused on business and efficiency- Leadership Development and engagement- Launch and presentations of career strategies
Valor Bridge
• Originated as an initiative of several local business leaders who identified 1 on 1 mentorship as an impactful and relevant way to serve our veterans.
• Incorporated in Colorado and received 501(c)(3) status
• No Fee – Just Motivation
