The Road Paving Division is dedicated to
bitumen transformation for the construction,
ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
of safe and environmentally sustainable
roads. The Waterproof Membranes Division
where in 1982 the company has capitalized
its technological knowledge in the bitumen
know-how investing in a sector, the one of
building and infrastructural waterproofing,
where in a few years it has reached a
leadership position.
In 2015 Aetolia VZ, a leading company in
the recycling of rubber coming from end of
life tyres (ELT), specialized in the acoustic
insulation field, has become integrant part
of Valli Zabban.
That is how Aetolia Acoustic Division was
found and Valli Zabban becomes 3D.

AEUREKA 50 is a product were the dialogue between technology, environment and comfort implement itself in the excellence of the result without compromises. Ideal for the creation of habitats where silence, privacy and relax are imperative operative words, AEUREKA 50 is designed for the acoustic insulation either from airborne and from impact sound noises. The product is made of two high density ELT rubber mats
(1150 Kg/m3, 18 mm thickness) coupled with an interposed layer of recycled polyurethane agglomerate (20 mm thickness). The product AEUREKA 50 main characteristic is the high sound insulating power (alone can reach Rw = 48 dB) and its use versatility. AEUREKA 50 is therefore perfect for light structures with extreme needs of acoustic insulation as, for example, the wooden floors, either in case of new constructions and renovations.
Generic purpose AEUREKA 50 has been created to guarantee high soundproofing performances to light structures with extreme needs of acoustic reduction that, alone, do not have characteristics such as to guarantee the insulating requirements from airborne noise requested by the actual legislation.

The creation of a product with high performances through the use of recycled materials is a challenging project implemented through new technologies. AECOSILENT UNDER is designed as floor product made up of a ELT rubber mat (750 Kg/m3 density, 6 mm thickness) coupled with a polyurethane agglomerate layer (90 Kg/m3 density, 5 mm thickness). The characteristics of hardness, treading, resistance to compression and abrasion,
crushproof over time and the elastic module typical of the upper layer (ISOLNOISE AE) are such to protect either the material of the lower layer than to guarantee the high soundproofing capacity. Easy to use, AECOSILENT UNDER is equipped with side overlapping selvage so to avoid that imperfections during laying could compromise even only slightly the final result. AECOSILENT UNDER, provides results in line with the promised performances.
Generic purpose AECOSILENT UNDER is used as decupling elastic-resilient mat for the creation of floating floors to reduce the impact sound noises in buildings with any intended purpose, so to comply with the law requirements.

The ISOLBAEND range has been designed with the purpose to ensure maximum performances through the attention to details which are fundamental when we speak about acoustic insulation. The advanced production technologies have allowed the creation of the very high density ISOLBAEND products (750 Kg/m3), with natural and synthetic elastomeric compounds coming from the recycling of ELT, bound by mass polymerized polyurethanes.
We are dealing with an elastic-resilient cut wall band for the disjunction between the not supporting internal vertical partitions from the floors. ISOLBAEND is walkable, has very high mechanical resistances, very good impact absorbing capacity and good “elastic memory”, resistant to abrasions and has very good performances of elasticity and crush-proof over time wherever it is submitted to permanent loads. Generic purpose ISOLBAEND AE is used as a disjunction elastic-resilient horizontal cut wall band to reduce the vibrations transmission between the floors and the internal vertical partitions.

AEFLEX is an “L” pre-cut adhesive polyethylene band (6 mm thickness, 50+150 mm height) specially made to be laid directly in contact between the anti-impact sound noise material (resilient) and the vertical partition (wall) as a disjunction element, to avoid the horizontal and vertical acoustic transmission to compromise the
