Valley Rental Centers maintains a fleet of delivery vehicles at each location to pro-vide transportation of equipment for our customers at competitive rates. We also offer trailers for rent, specifically designed for hauling different types of equipment that we offer.

Note: The equipment listed in this catalog reflects the most current models and specifications available at the time of its printing. However we are constantly ex-panding and upgrading our equipment fleet, so you may encounter slightly differ-ent equipment at any given Valley Rentals location, but with no compromise in perfor-mance or reliability.

Rental Terms

Most equipment featured in this Brochure is offered for rent on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis. However some items may re-quire a minimum rental term of one week or more. All rentals and purchases are subject to any applicable taxes.

Customer Qualification

Two forms of identification are required from all customers, preferably a current drivers license and a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

It is most important that you wear all the manufacturer’s recommended safe-ty equipment, review all safe operation manuals and decals, and observe all safety precautions when utilizing tools and operating equipment. Prices may vary from location to loca-tion. Some equipment may not be avail-able at all locations. Operator/User assumes all responsibil-ity for the use, care and inspection of PPE (Personal Protective equipment).

Customers are required to pay in advance for rental items, any supply items purchased and a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable at the conclusion of the rental period if no additional charges are due at the time of return of the rental equipment. Failure to return items on time, items returned dirty or damaged may incur additional charges. Customers who rent frequently may be eligi-ble for a credit account. To apply, complete a credit application online at www.valleyrental.com or pick up an applica-tion at any Valley Rental location. Credit Ap-plications should be emailed, faxed or re-turned to the location that you will be using the most.

RENTING The Smart Way To Get Things Done...

1. Minimum Inventory - Ownership can be expensive when equipment is idle. Combining ownership of basic equipment with rental equipment as needed will minimize idle time. 2. Right Equipment For The Job - Eliminate hidden costs of inefficiency due to

use of wrong size or type of equipment and the maintenance and repair in-curred. Rental equipment ensures the right equipment for the job.

3. Warehousing - Use of rental equipment eliminates the need for large storage

areas/buildings, thus overhead in your cost of doing business is minimized. 4. Breakdowns - Virtually all equipment is subject to occasional breakdowns.

However when rented equipment breaks down idle time is minimized through replacement by the rental company and repair costs are eliminated.

5. Maintenance - Rental equipment includes full maintenance, no repair shop, no

spare parts inventory, no mechanics, no added maintenance payroll or mainte-nance recordkeeping.

6. Equipment Obsolescence - Ownership of equipment involves the risk of rising

wage costs and slower job completion time due to owning worn, obsolete mod-els when new, better, faster models are available from the rental company.

7. Disposal Costs - Preparing used, obsolete equipment for resale, advertising

Inventory loss due to pilferage is minimized. 10. Taxes/Licenses - Personal property taxes and license cost are eliminated on rental equipment. 11. Increase in Borrowing Capacity - Contractors who rent instead of pur- chase find borrowing easier with better ratio of assets to liabilities since equipment does not appear as a liability on the balance sheet.
