This vacuum cleaner has a thermal protectorwhich automatically trips to protect thevacuum cleaner from overheating. If a clogprevents the normal flow of air to the motor,the thermal protector turns the motor offautomatically° This allows the motor to coolin order to prevent possible damage to thevacuum cleaner_

3. Pull hood release

out and up, then liftcanister hood.

red bag mount bypulling away andlifting up.

5. Pull bag out ofthe red bag mount.

7. The red bag mount will flip forward afterremoving bag. This will prevent the hoodfrom closing until a new bag is installed.

Note: DO NOT bend or crease the middle

8, Rotate red bagmount down andinstall bag into slotsper illustration,pushing down untilthe cardboard tab

locks into positionand the holes align°Tuck the bagsecurely into the bag cavity so that none of itis able to be pinched by the hood.

9. Close and latch canister hood_

10. Reinstall hose.

NEVER REUSE A DUST BAG. Very finematerials, such as carpet freshener, face_owder, fine dust, plaster, soot, new car-_et lint, etc. can clog the bag and causeit to burst before it is full and may causedamage to vacuum cleaner motor.Change bag more often when vacuum-ing these materials.
