V0CAL MUSIC DIVISION Adjudicator Gail Singer Gail Singer was born and raised in Montreal and moved to Winnipeg in 1973. She received her B.A. from McGill University, her Masters in French literature from the University of Pittsburgh, and her B.Ed. and teacher training from the University of Manitoba. She taught French, English, and Math in Elementary, Junior and Senior High in Winnipeg. She was a school administrator for 35 years and recently retired from being Principal of Earl Grey School in Winnipeg. While working, Gail Singer followed her passion for music by studying voice and piano and getting her ARCT in Voice Performance in 2011 with a high honours mark. She received the Silver Medal in Manitoba in Grade 10 in her RCM examination. She currently sings with the Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir. She is now a full member of the Manitoba Registered Music Teachers’ Association. Mrs. Singer has adjudicated over 50 festivals in Speech and Music in Manitoba and Ontario and is delighted to be here in Fort Frances to adjudicate!

V0CAL MUSIC DIVISION

Adjudicator – Gail Singer

Gail Singer was born and raised in Montreal and moved to Winnipeg in 1973. She received her B.A. from McGill University, her Masters in French literature from the University of Pittsburgh, and her B.Ed. and teacher training from the University of Manitoba. She taught French, English, and Math in Elementary, Junior and Senior High in Winnipeg.
