We are Professional Structural Consultants with experience in design of

structures for Residential, Industrial and Commercial buildings (Concrete and Steel

Structures).

The undersigned (V.R.Ravindran) has 37 years of experience in Structural

design and bio-data is enclosed herewith. The undersigned (V.R.Ravindran) was

working with Development Consultants Ltd (Power Plant Consultants) for 18 years

since 1983 to 2001 and has handled the following during his tenure at DCPL:

a) 18MW captive power plant for SPIC, Tuticorin.

b) 15MW Co-generation plant for GSFC, Baroda (Phase-I).

c) 25MW Co-generation plant for GSFC, Baroda (Phase-II).

d) 6MW Power plant ACC, Kymore.

V R P Consultants was established in the year 2001 (16 years ago).

We are structural consultants to number of flat promoters - India Builders Pvt.

Ltd, Red Brick Constructions, Hansa Vision Private Ltd., Shanti Niketan Pvt Ltd.,

Annai Builders., etc. We have carried out design of more than 150 residential

buildings for India Builders Pvt Ltd,.alone (Since 2006 – till Date) with Stilt + 3 or 4

floors.

We are capable of designing structures for - Power plants, Soap Plants, Paper

Plants, Chimneys, Underground structures/Over head tanks, Substation,

Switchyard structures, etc. Design of structures for wind/earthquake forces,

foundation subjected to vibration, pile foundations, etc can be undertaken by us.
