• Send SRF in excel format V4.4 only, all others will be rejected• Send to WFP cargo booking (southsudan.cargobooking@logcluster.org) only• This is delivered to all LC staff, do not address individuals• Weights, quantity and measurements must reflect the actual cargo, SRF to

accompany the cargo, accuracy is the key.• SRF to be raised ONLY when the cargo is with the organization (no pre-booking)• All cargo is to be delivered to the warehouse 48hrs prior to shipment (excluding

vaccines) unless notified otherwise.• Trucks for offloading will not be accepted past 1600 hours• No cargo accepted on Sundays

• Pipeline – forecast is important so we can try and match assets with demands, without this we have no view or requirements and we will be late in scaling up.
