The meetings were all held during the course of this week: October 14 th , 15 th , 16 and 17 th respectively. These consultations addressed the following agenda items: a. Review of Draft Mission, Vision and Values formulated during an earlier strategic planning workshop. b. Discuss the composition and related terms of reference of various Sub-Committees which are critical for the operations of the Party; and c. Review of a draft Public Relations Structure for the Party. The consultations were all well attended and fully represented. Consultations with Party Branches will increasingly feature as an emerging culture of the Party to foster participation of its membership. The recently concluded cycle of consultations were conducted in preparation for National Council Meeting to be held before year end and as part of the continuing Strategic Planning process. Ends/
