We can already see our efforts paying dividends in the form of three new intelligent coating systems, which work actively to provide a solution for every challenge. Yet more proof of uvex’s innovative power and coating expertise.

Our unique supravision HC-AF technology enables us to apply a coating which makes the lens extremely scratch-resistant on the outside and permanently antifog on the inside. It also provides 100 % UV protection.

optidur 4C PLUS combines 4 features in one lens for permanent antifog, scratchproof and antistatic properties plus 100 % UV protection.

infradur PLUS welding lenses protect against ultraviolet and infra-red radiation as well as glare. The coating minimises welding spark damage.

ultradura is an inexpensive coating that gives lenses a good level of scratch resistance and completely absorbs harmful UV radiation.

Individual side-arm inclinationAdjustable side-arm inclination guarantees that uvex safety eyewear can adapt to fit any head shape, ensuring higher wearer acceptance.

Lenses coated with optidur NC are extremely scratch-resistant and are also highly resistant to chemicals. The lacquer system features nano technology, considerably increasing its non-stick properties. As a result, water-based and oily marks can be removed effortlessly.

Lenses coated with supravision NC combine the advantages of optidur NC and optidur 4C PLUS. They are scratch-resistant and non-fogging on the inside, while the outside is extremely scratchproof, resistant to chemicals and very easy to clean thanks to nanotechnology, resulting in a top-class coating.

Individual length adjustment As the shape of everyone’s head is slightly different the fact that uvex safety glasses come with a range of length settings and adjustability, ensures a comfortable and correct fit for all.

uvex quattroflex Four pads around the sensitive ear area ensure a comfortable, pressure-free fit.

uvex duo-flexThe unique, patented soft pads on the ear pieces snugly fit any head shape, preventing pressure points behind the ears and guaranteeing a secure fit.

Suitable for use with prescription glasses Overspecs and goggles in particular, must be able to provide a pressure-free fit when worn in conjunction with prescription spectacles. We meet this requirement by developing suitable designs and using high-quality materials.

Lenses coated with THS are very ideal for extreme humid condition. The coating gives very good anti-fog and scratch-resistant properties as well as 100% uv-protection.

uvex hi-res is the lens technology with an optimised wavefront: the latest development for safety eyewear with pin-sharp vision.

Lenses coated with uvex variomatic darken within 10 seconds to provide the wearer with 100 % protection against UV radiation, and return to their original tint after 30 seconds – quicker reactions than any other coating. These lenses are especially suitable for workers who frequently alternate between inside and outside work or between light and dark environments.

uvex supravision extreme lenses prevent moisture from accumulating to ensure a permanent antifog effect, meaning the lenses cannot steam up. Glasses and goggles with uvex supravision extreme coating technology are especially suitable for environments with high air humidity and condensation.

The antifog effect of the new uvex supravision performance is three times stronger than legally required. This coating is perfect for sudden exposure to condensation and work environments which demand that lenses be frequently cleaned. The antifog effect is permanent.

As welding filters, these lenses filter out all rays resulting from gas welding processes, such as UV rays, IR rays and visible glare. Different protective levels are available depending on the area of application. Welding filters made from polycarbonate with our infradur PLUS coating, provide higher levels of mechanical protection than welding filters made of glass or laminated glass. Labelling and norms

This new case was specially developed primarily with goggles with strong curvature in mind (e.g. i-vo). In addition to its convenient characteristics of a belt buckle and a practical snap hook, this hard case also stands out due to its innovative and fashionable design. The goggles are embedded in the soft interior, and

are also excellently protected from external mechanical influences by the extremely robust construction of the case.
