management. • Our clients come from almost all sectors of industry, commerce and the public sector, and range
in size from owner managed business to multi-nationals.

4. Water Performance Contracts
• In Scotland Section 29E of the Water Industry Act 2002 enables reduced wholesaler charges outside the published scheme to benefit customers that have reduced their demand for water supply and wastewater treatment.
• This approach encourages innovation and efficiency and needs to be included in the English Water Competition framework to allow wholesalers to pass savings back to efficient commercial customers.
