Backup is a utility program included with themany versions of windows that have been

saved on to a disk .For example : using the professional edition of

XP, you can select backup from the windowXP system tools menu to create a backup ofyour hard disk.

Click start. Select accessories from the all programs menu. Select backup from the system tools menu.

Run the backup or restore wizard and specify your settings. Choose backup and choose the file you want to include. Choose the destination for the backup. Finish the backup or restore wizard to backup the selected

drive. Close the backup progress window or view the report.
