WHEREAS, vide Preiiminary Notification No. LAQ/High Speed RailProject/Naroli-Dhapsa/4 /2077 14481201.8 dated 31.O7.2018, it was Notiliedunder section 1 1 of the Right to Fair Compensation ald Tralsparency in LandAcquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2O 13, that certainlalds were needed or likely to be needed for the public purpose, namely for thepurpose of Construction of Infrastructure project of Mumbai-Ahmedabad HighSpeed Rail Project (MAHSR);

AND WHEREAS, as required under sub section (2) of section 15 of theRight to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Lald Acquisition,Rehabilitalion and Resettlement Act, 2O 13, objectioners were accorded personalhearing by the Collector, Dadra and Nager Haveli on 24.7O.2OIA, 31.10.2018,72.71 .2018, 26.11.2018, lo.l2.2l7a and 23.O1.2O 19 and a report wassubmitted to the Government Authority i.e. Hon'ble Administrator, Daman & Diuand Dadra & Nagar Haveli to proceed with acquisition process ald the same wasapproved by the Appropriate Government i.e. Hon'b1e Administrator, Daman &Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli;

AND WHEREAS, the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme u/s 16 ofthe RFCTLARR Act, 2013 was prepared by the Administrator for Rehabilitalionand Resettlement scheme i.e. Resident Deputy Collector(S) and the sarne wasapproved by the Commissioner for Rehabilitation and Resettlement scheme i.e.Advisor to Honble Administrator, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli,Silvassa;

AND WHEREAS, vide Declaration u/s 19 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 wasissued vide no. LAQ/High Speed Rail Project/Naroli-Dhapsal4l2Ol7 l158l19dated 08.03.2019 it was declared that the land is required for the public purpose,namely for the purpose of Construction of Infrastructure project of Mumba-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project (MAHSR);

AND WHEREAS, Notice u/s 21 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2C13 was issuedvide no. LAQ/High Speed Rail Project/ Naroli-Dhapsal4l2O17 l3O4l19 dated06.06.2019 with the intension to take possession;

AND WHEREAS, Award u/s 23 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 was issuedvide no. LAQ/High Speed Rail Project/Naroli-Dhapsal4l2OlT l7a7 12079 dated

01.08.2019 with the amount of compensation. It was mentioned in point no. 11of the Award that the Rehabilitation alld Resettlement Award will be issuedseparately.

NOW, THEREFORE, Award for Rehabilitation and Resettlernent u/s 31 ofthe RFCTLARR Act, 2013 is hereby passed as per Form VIl attached, whichinciudes below mentioned entitlements.

(a) Rehabilitation and Resettlement amount payable to the family- Asmentioned in the Form VII attached.

(b) Bank account number of the person to which the rehabilitation aldresettlement award amount is to be transferred- Not required as theamount of compensation is being paid through A/c pay cheque.

(c) Particulars of house site and house to be allotted, in case of displacedfamilies- As mentioned in the Form VII attached.

(d) Particulars of land allotted to tJ e displaced families- Not applicable.(e) Particulars of one time subsistence a-llowance and transportation

allowance in case of displaced families- As mentioned in the Form VIIattached.

(f) Particulars of pal,rnent for cattle shed and petty shops- NIL.(g) Particulars of one-time amount to artisans and small traders- NIL.(h) Details of mandatory employrnent to be provided to the members of the

affected farnilies- None opted.(i) Particulars of any fishing rights that may be involved- Not applicable.[) Particulars of annuity and other entitlements to be provided- One time

grant of Rs. 5 lakh is granted to each affected family as per Form VIIattached.
