The process for each individual is --- LEARN, LEVERAGE, LEAD

•LEARN: Understand and commit to the core tenets of the movement (personal responsibility, focusing of power, a commitment to learn, leverage and lead the movement)

•LEVERAGE: To really experience the impact of the movement, an individual must leverage what they learn to bring greater power into their lives.
