collection circulate to consortial partners

• Solution:– Create circulation cross tab reports– Ability to create custom queries– Use LOCATION and HOME LIBRARY to see what

materials are being sent

CROSS TAB QUERY TO DETERMINE WHO WE LEND TO

• Report Parameters– Date

• User specified– Statistic Type

• Checkout– Limited By

• System– Rows

• Location (displays statistics by location)– Columns

• Home Library (displays statistics by the patron’s home library)

Download Report

• Use the download function to create an Excel file or

• Copy the entire file from the screen and import into Excel
