own teaching using the video analysis

process in which a teacher records

his or her own class and then makes

an analysis of the way he teaches

and what are his opportunities to

improve the way he does it.

*Some ways in which we can analyze

our class is individually, in which we

do the analysis ourselves and then

make our own deductions and try to

improve on our own. This way has no

external feedback and we are the

only responsible of the changes we

make to our classes.

*Other way to make a video analysis

is collectively in which a group of

people sit down and analyze the way

you teach giving you their own

personal opinion and helping you to

improve. This way is pretty effective

because the feedback comes from an

external source and you can be

helped with constructive criticism.

*Video is a perfect tool to expand and improve

the teaching experience and we should use it

to help ourselves to become better teachers
