To get reusable empty boxes as the code for ‘Decision to be made’ and empty circles for ‘uncertain result from decision’ we will need to create Map Parts…

Right click inside the topic “expand portfolio”… This is so that we can get the circle we create close to the topic

Choosing the Circle…

Click inside the Subtopic then add three spaces so that MindManager thinks it has content but also so that the centre of the circle will appear blank on the map…

Evaluating Options and Outomes… Here, I’m thinking of the probabilities around percentage of business generated.
