STEP1, 2

Please Follow the Steps Below1) Go to https://ifttt.com/ and click on Sign Up. If you already have an IFTT account you can click on Sign In

2) Use the information provided for you for the email, & password. Click on Create account or Sign In. If you already have an account you can skip ahead to Step 9. If not, continue with Step 3


STEP3, 4

3) On the start screen (seen below), click ‘Click this to get started’.

4) On the same page, when the prompt next to ‘if’ has scrolled, click ‘that’


STEP5, 6

5) After the prompt in place of ‘that’ has scrolled, click Continue at the bottom of the page

6) Next, on the Connect Channels page, click Continue.


STEP7, 8

7) Next on the Select Channels page, select at least three channels (its best to use Facebook, Twitter or YouTube to round out your 3 channels). Be sure to include Craigslist.

8) When the three (or more) channels including Craigslist have been selected, click Continue.


STEP9, 10

9) Next on the recipes page, click the ‘IF Recipes ’ button

10) On the next page scroll to the bottom and click ‘More Recipes’


STEP11, 12

11) From the newly loaded recipes, scroll to �nd recipe labeled ‘Get noti�ed of new Craigslist posts’and click on it.

12) In a new window, go to www.craigslist.org and on the right side of the page, clickon ‘cl worldwide’, then select the country you were provided with above


STEP13, 14

13) Next, use the information provided to you and select the Craigslist Region you were given (beginning with the first region)

14) At the Craigslist regional site, click on gigs


STEP15, 16

15) In the search bar, add ‘SEO’ and click on the search icon (magnifying glass)

16) Select the complete URL in your browser Address Bar and copy it.

STEP17, 18, 19

17) Go back to your IFTT window and paste this URL under the ‘Copy & paste a Craigslist search results URL here’ window and click Add

18) Click Done.

19) When you have completed your first recipe you can then click the Browse menu option at the top of your screen and repeat Steps 9-18 for the remainder of the regions you were provided with above

IFTTT set-up for Craigslist notifications is now completed!
