The header provides links to Advancement websites - Unstoppable campaign site, the most recent performance report, the management staff directory and the Unstoppable Campaign News. YOUR STAFF LIAISON: This will be the Guest’s go-to person for questions and concerns.

Interesting Facts:

At the top portion of the screen, the Guest will find text that scrolls through USF facts. These are interesting facts about the University and fund raising. If you scroll over the facts, you will be able to view a full explanation of the fact.

Preview WINDOW: As the Guest moves their cursor over any service or interest - the preview window provides a related image. It allows the Guest to view a snapshot of the link before going to the link. Examples: Preview of the USF Foundation Performance Report

My Services:

Will open a new window that displays areas the Guest has given to in the past as well as a search option.

A detailed list of all gift, pledge payments and non-gift (event revenue) transactions credited to the Guest.

A high level snapshot of all giving credited to the donor.

Displays the Guest’s current interests (all are selected).

Also allows the Guest to add interests.

Within the My Contact Information page the Guest has the ability to view and edit Preferred Contact and Alternate Contact information – for both the Guest and his/her spouse/Partner.

The most current Stewardship Report for all funds where the Guest is listed as a recipient. Stewardship Reports are generated monthly and mailed annually together with the Annual Performance Report; but are available thru the Donor Portal on a monthly basis.

This is not a receipt! It is a listing of all transactions in a Calendar Year made by the Guest, the Guest’s spouse/partner and any entity (personal company or foundation) where gift credit rolls to the Guest.

Provides the ability to view all current reminders on open pledges, make a payment or print a reminder.

My Announcements: Announcements are based on Board membership and Invitation lists.

All the Guest’s contact information is passed to the RSVP page for the event; so all the Guest has to do is indicate they (and optionally their spouse/partner) are attending . My Interest: Interests are set based on all of the Guest’s alumni, donor and prospect relationships across the USF system.
