It’s a feature on Seller Centre that allows sellers to nominate their products into upcoming Flash Sale promotions or campaigns.

Flash sales are prominently featured on Shopee’s Home tab to give you maximum exposure. Nominate your best selling deals to get featured today!

Nominasi Flash Sale adalah sebuah fitur di dalam Seller Centre yang memungkinkan Penjual untuk menominasikan produknya di dalam promo Flash Sale yang akan datang.

Flash sale sendiri adalah sebuah fitur yang terletak pada halaman utama Shopee yang dapat memberikan exposure tambahan secara maksimal. Nominasikan produk terlaris di tokomu untuk difitur dalam promo Flash Sale.

5. Select Products to Nominate


Note:

• Only products that meet the category requirement will be displayed on this page for selection.

• You may not nominate a product that has been confirmed in another Flash Sale campaign.

Select your products and click Confirm

5. Pilih Produk untuk Nominasi


Catatan:

• Hanya produk yang memenuhi ketentuan kategori tertentu yang akan ditampilkan pada promo Flash Sale.

• Kamu tidak dapat menominasikan produk yang sama apabila produk tersebut telah disetujui dan dijadwalkan untuk masuk ke dalam promo Flash Sale. Kamu dapat kembali menominasikan produk tersebut apabila promo Flash Sale yang dijadwalkan telah berakhir.

Pilih produk dan klik Konfirmasi.

6. Enter Product Details and Submit Nominations


Enter the Product Name, Campaign Image, Sale Price/Discount and Campaign Stock. Click Save to submit nomination.

Product Name and Campaign Image is what buyers will see on the Flash Sale page when the campaign goes live. Product Name should be clear and concise e.g. “Apple Smartwatch”. Campaign Image must feature the product image on a white backdrop

6. Masukkan Rincian dan Nominasikan Produk


Masukkan Nama Promosi Produk, Foto Produk, Harga Promo Flash Sale dan Stok Promo Flash Sale. Klik Konfirmasi untuk menominasikan produk.

Nama Produk dan Foto Produk adalah yang akan terlihat oleh Pembeli pada halaman promo Flash Sale ketika promo berlangsung. Nama produk haruslah singkat dan jelas, contoh “iPhone 6s (64GB), Xiaomi RedMi 3 Pro”. Foto produk memperlihatkan detail produk dengan background foto berwarna putih.

7. You’re all Done!


Once you have submittedyour nomination, your product status will display asPending Review.

Return to this page after the Review Period ends to see if your nominations were successful!

7. Selesai!


Setelah mengkonfirmasi nominasi produk, produk akan memiliki status Dalam Pemeriksaan.

Cek Seller Centre secara berkala untuk mengetahui status produkmu telah berhasil disetujui.

8. A Note on Campaign Stock Management


Campaign Stock is the promo stock available to buyers during the flash sale.

Campaign stock will be reserved (and deducted from existing stock) once your product has been successfully nominated into a campaign.

Example: 1. Existing stock NIKE Shoe = 100 2. Seller successfully nominates

product to flash sale at 10 campaign stock

3. Existing stock = 100 – 10 = 904. During flash sale, NIKE Shoes

goes on sale at 10 stock.

8. Perhatikan Stok Produk


Stok Produk adalah jumlah yang tersedia saat promo Flash Sale.

Stok promo Flash Sale akan disimpan (dikurangi dari jumlah stok normal) setelah produk disetujui untuk bergabung dalam promo Flash Sale.

Contoh: 1. Stok Sepatu NIKE = 100.2. Penjual berhasil menominasikan

produk untuk promo Flash Sale sebanyak 10.

3. Stok yang ada = 100 - 10 = 90.4. Stok Sepatu NIKE yang akan

ditampilkan saat promo Flash Sale adalah 10 pasang Sepatu NIKE.

Nominating your products

Q: Why can’t I add/nominate certain products to a Flash Sale campaign?A: Check that your products fall under the ‘Applicable Categories’ specific to each campaign.

Q: I want to offer XX% discount for my products. Why can’t I input that discount?A: Make sure the discount offered lies in the ‘Accepted Discount Range’ of the campaign.

Q: I have a few varieties for my products. Can I set a different discount % for each of the variety?A: Yes, you can. You can set a different discounted price for each product variety.

Q: When will I know if my nominations have been approved?A: Return to the Flash Sales Campaign page after the Review Period has ended to view the status of your nomination.

Q: Mengapa Saya tidak dapat menambahkan/ menominasikan produk tertentu untuk promo Flash Sale?A: Mohon cek kembali apakah produk telah sesuai dengan ‘Kategori’ yang ditentukan untuk setiap Promo Flash Sale.

Q: Saya ingin memberikan diskon XX% untuk produk Saya. Mengapa Saya tidak dapat memasukkan diskon tersebut?A: Pastikan diskon yang ditawarkan telah sesuai dengan ‘Jumlah Diskon yang Diterima’ untuk promo Flash Sale.

Q: Produk Saya memiliki beberapa variasi. Dapatkah Saya mengatur diskon yang berbeda untuk setiap variasi?A: Ya. Anda dapat mengatur diskon yang berbeda untuk setiap variasi produk.

Nominating your products

Q: Can I edit my products after submitting them for nomination?A: Yes, as long as the nomination period has not ended. However, you will not be able to edit your products once the review period has started.

Waiting for Review

Q: Can I edit my nominated products during the review period?A: No, you will not be able to edit nomination details (product name, campaign image, campaign stock, discount etc.) while your products are being reviewed. However, you may still choose to remove your product from the nomination process or delete your product listing during the review period if you change your mind – only if product is still pending review or rejected.

Q: Dapatkah Saya mengubah produk yang telah Saya nominasikan?A: Ya, selama periode nominasi belum berakhir. Namun, Anda tidak dapat mengubah produk yang sedang ‘Dalam Pemeriksaan’.

Menunggu Produk yang Sedang Dalam Pemeriksaan

Q: Dapatkah Saya mengubah produk yang telah dinominasikan selama status ‘Dalam Pemeriksaan’?A: Tidak, Anda tidak dapat mengubah rincian produk yang Anda nominasikan (nama produk, foto produk, diskon dll) ketika produk yang Anda nominasikan sedang ‘Dalam Pemeriksaan’. Namun, Anda dapat menghapus produk yang sedang dalam pemeriksaan atau menghapus produk tersebut dari toko Anda selama periode tersebut - hanya jika status produk ‘Dalam Pemeriksaan’ atau ditolak.

Campaign stock management

Q: How will campaign stock affect my normal product inventory/stock?A: Once a product has been successfully confirmed into a flash sale, the campaign stock quantity will be immediately deducted from the product’s normal stock.

e.g. Item A normal stock = 100. You commit 30 campaign stock to a flash sale, Item A’s normal stock will now be 70 (100 - 30). Campaign stock not sold at the end of the flash sale will be added back to normal stock.

Q: Will I be able to adjust normal stock of a product confirmed into a flash sale?A: You may only adjust normal stock before or after a flash sale. You will not be able to adjust normal stock during flash sale (aka ongoing campaign). If campaign stock is sold out, you will be allowed to adjust normal stock after 30mins (from time of “Sold out”).

Q: Will I be allowed to replenish campaign stock during a flash sale once its sold out?A: No, you will not be able to replenish or adjust campaign stock while flash sale is ongoing. Do plan campaign stock carefully before nominating your products.

Q: Bagaimana stok promo Flash Sale mempengaruhi stok produk normal di toko Saya?A: Setelah produk Anda disetujui untuk bergabung dalam promo Flash Sale, stok produk normal akan segera dikurangi untuk stok promo Flash Sale.

Contoh, produk A memiliki stok normal = 100. Anda menyediakan sejumlah 30 stok untuk promo Flash Sale. Maka stok normal produk A sekarang adalah 70 (100 - 30). Stok promo Flash Sale yang tidak terjual akan ditambahkan kembali ke stok produk normal.
