About My Website: This section is required for the customized ValueMap license key. Enter in the name of your site and the URL of your site. 2. Scroll down the page to the “Embed ValueMap into your website” section. Select all the

HTML code in the “HTML snippet” box. To copy the code, right click inside the box and use the select all command, then right click and select copy.

NOTE: When using a frame, the scrolling attribute must be set to NO. The HTML snippet provided sets this attribute to NO for you.

3. Open your web page editor software and paste the customized HTML

code into your page. If you want the frame at the top of the page, place the code after <BODY>. If you want the frame at bottom of the page, place the code before <\BODY>.

4. You may add custom buttons or links directing the visitor to ValueMap in your site. Save all changes and publish your page. ValueMap is embedded within your website and visitors may search for a property on ValueMap.

When a visitor clicks on the tag line, ValueMap opens allowing a visitor to search for a property.

Locate your property by clicking on search. If there are multiple properties with the address, you will be prompted to select from a list. Step 1: Using Realist ValueMap Features Estimated Value The estimated value is an estimated market value computed using a propriety statistical formula. Map Features The map offers the following features:

1. View the properties without the aerial image by selecting Road to give a clear view of the general area.

2. Bird’s Eye view offers insight of viewing the property from the street level. The image may be rotated N, S, E or W for a complete 360 degree view of the property.

parcel lines thicken as the zoom level increases. The “red house” icon displays information about the property you searched. The standard information includes the property address, basic property characteristics and the estimated

value of the property. Additionally, you can click on links to view the homes for sale in the area, the properties recently sold and sign up for notification when properties sell around your property.

ValueMap User Guide Confidential – Page 13 Send to a Friend Inform a friend about the property you are viewing by entering in your email address; your friends email address, your name and a brief message. You may also send yourself a copy of the email for reference and save your information (email, name) for future property notifications from ValueMap.

Homes Recently Sold Pop Up Hover over the sold property flag and a property information box displays. The address, sold date and price along with basic property characteristics display. In addition, clicking the search on this property link brings up that property as the “subject” property.

Homes for Sale Pop Up Hover over the for sale property flag and a property information box displays. The address, list price along with basic property characteristics and listing agent may display. In addition, clicking the “Search on This Property” link brings up that property as the “subject” property.

Search for a New Property on the Map Select any property on the map and click on the property. A pop up box displays the address and the estimated value and the option to search on this property.

Step 3: Printer Friendly Version link The page offers a printout with the choice of printing the map, neighborhood with property and trend information or just the map and neighborhood homes. Select the option, click OK, and select print from the bottom of the page.

Change Your Value Update the information about your home by entering revised values about the bedroom, bathroom, total rooms, sq feet or year built. Why change the information? Sometimes a room is added onto a property and is not reflected in the public records or the information is not available for the property. Changing the information temporarily changes the values and changes are not stored in the system.

Determine Your Equity Based on the estimated value you can add in your mortgage balance discovering the amount of equity you have in your home.

Improve Your Home Planning on adding a room onto the property? The Improve Your Home calculator gives you the option to add on the cost and value per sq foot of an addition determining the value of addition.

Local Sales Trends View the median sales price for the past 12 months in the zip code of your property. View other zip codes by entering in the new zip code and clicking on the update button.

Contact Me Email the agent or broker direct with a question or comment about a property. The “Email From” section allows a user to enter their email address so the agent or broker can contact them directly. The “My Name” section allows the user to enter a name and not just an email address for follow up purposes. You may preview the email; request a copy of the email for yourself and save your information for future email communication. Click the email report button to send the email.

Notify Me Sign up for an email notification when a property nearby sells. You receive a notification by email of any property within 2 miles that sells. The email includes a link back to the site allowing the user to view the property on ValueMap. Enter your name and email address and click on Subscribe. To unsubscribe, follow the instructions in the email.

Recent Sales / Homes for Sale Receive a listing of the homes for sale and the homes recently sold on the map. Clicking on any of these properties, centers that particular property on the map.

My Favorite Homes by Rank See a list of all the properties you have searched. Rank your favorite properties so it’s easier to track.
