User Guide - Payment Process
User Login
On home page, place the cursor on Login menu item in order to login
Enter Username and Password and click on “Login” button
On successful login, Customer will be redirected to "Account Summary"
Online Recharge Account Procedure
Customer can recharge tag account(s) by using NEFT/Online either at
Account Level: Single or Multiple Tag Accounts can be recharged at once
Tag Account Level: Only selected Tag Account can be recharged
Account Level:
Click on “Recharge Account” Menu item
Customer will be redirected to “Recharge Account” page
Customer can enter amount to recharge Tag Account
Select one or multiple “Tag Account No(s)” and enter amount
Select “Pay by Net Banking” option and click on “Continue” button
Customer will be redirected to “Verify Make Payment” page, where the customer would be asked to confirm payment details
Note: When the customer clicks on “Continue”, if a browser alert is displayed as shown below, Customer has to click on “Allow pop-ups” link and click “ok” to proceed further.
Click on “Make Payment” in order to initiate the Net Banking request
Click on “Back” button to review/modify the payment details
Click on “Cancel” button, to abort the transaction and go to “Recharge Account” page
When click on “Make Payment” redirects to tekprocess payment gateway page. Here the recharge amount can pay by using Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
Select “Test Bank” and click on “Pay Now” it redirects to tekprocess transaction request confirmation page.
Click on “Confirm” button page redirects to TPSL banking system.
Click on submit button by entering Customer ID and Transaction Password. When the customer clicks on submit button redirects to bank confirmation page and display pop up window and click on nope button.
Click on submit button page redirects to Thank You page with success message as “Payment has been done successfully”.
Payment receipt generated by clicking on “Payment Receipt”.
Tag Account Level
After Login, Click on “View Tag Account Summary” link
Customer will be redirected to “Tag Account Summary” page. Click on “Recharge Account” menu item
Select “Pay by Net Banking” option and click on “Continue” button.
Customer will be redirected to “Verify Make Payment” page, where the customer would be asked to confirm payment details
