1.0 Introduction TIC portal allows investors to easily and conveniently pay for facilitation services related to

certificate of incentives, work permit and residence permit.

The portal is designed to enable the investor to: -

i. Register and pay for certificate of incentives.

ii. Pay for work permit facilitation services.

iii. Pay for residence permit facilitation services.

iv. Pay for NIDA card facilitation services.

v. Verify payments and print receipts for the payments that has been made in (i), (ii),(iii)

and (iv) above.

2.0 Registration In order to use the portal, you must first register. To register click on “Register”

After clicking register, the following page will be displayed and you must complete to fill the

form below: Fill all the fields starting with the first name, last name, email then click register

button as shown below.

To complete registration Click on URL that has been sent in your email that you have submitted.

Log in using your email and password and after successfully log in your screen shall look like this.

3.0 To Recover password You can recover your password if you forget it. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by

clicking “Recover password” as shown in the figure below: -

Then you are required to submit your email followed by phone number and lastly click send button

to submit your details as shown in the figure below.

4.0 To Pay for certificate of incentives 1. Click on “certificate of incentives”.

2. Select currency

3. Select type of certificate you want which can be “New Certificate”, “extension” or if you

want to amend the existing one select “Amendment”.

4. Fill all the required details i.e Company Name, Project name, Phone number and Company

email.

5. Click to submit the bill details.

6. Click one of the two options to print either Bank deposit invoice or electronic fund Transfer

invoice or electronic fund transfer.

5.0 To pay for Work permit facilitation 1. Click on work permit as shown below

2. Fill all the fields by selecting currency, permit class you want, applicant name, passport

number, phone number, company email, company name and permit category which can

be “new” for new applicant or “Re-new” if you want to renew the permit.

3. Click to submit the bill details.

6.0 To pay for residence permit facilitation 1. Click on “residence permit” as shown in the figure below then fill all the required fields by

entering currency, selecting permit category, entering applicant name, company name,

phone number, passport number, company email and permit category which can be new

for new applicant and renew for the one who wants to renew.

2. Click to add dependants which can be a child , wife or husband and enter

dependant name , passport number and age.

3. Click to submit the details and get control number .

7.0 To pay for NIDA Card facilitation 1. Click on “NIDA Card” then fill all the required fields starting by selecting currency,

company name, type of work permit which can be class A, class B and class C.

2. Enter applicant name, Passport number and company email.

3. Click to submit details and get control number.

8.0 To verify payments 1. Click on the payment module if you want to verify payment that you made either through

mobile phone, bank deposit or transfer as shown below.

2. Enter bill control number then click to search the payment then will be

displayed as shown below.

3. Click on the printer icon to print payment receipt.

9. Raise support In case you encounter any problem with the system, you may request for support as described

below.

1. Click raise support

2. Enter your name

3. Enter the concern

4. Write a short comment about the raised issue

5. Click save to submit the details to helpcenter.

After submitting the raised issue once, support team shall work on issue then responding to your

ticket.

1. Click on the support ticket then will be displayed

2. Click on the eye like icon to view supported ticket.
