Do I need an email address?

My Membership

Yes. Either a work or personal email address is essential. As in, it’s second only to oxygen.

How do I search for Perkbox?

When typing the address into your web browser, it should look like this...

[company name].perkbox.com

N.B. Your URL is normally the name of your company. If you’re having trouble finding it,please check with your company admin.

Can I use a personal email address instead of my company email address?

You sure can. All you have to do is...

Go to ‘my account’ to view your profile settings

Enter your preferred email address in to the ‘email address’ field

Click ‘save’

Can I redeem a perk more than once?

Many of our perks can be redeemed over and over and over again.

Others are available to redeem again after certain period of time.

Occasionally, you’ll find a perk that can only be used once or twice.

If this is the case, it will be made clear to on the perk page.

I’ve bought a voucher from Perkbox. If I don’t spend the full balance,what happens to it?

You can split the value of your voucher over multiple purchases, so whatever you don’tspend can be used later. Certain brands have their own expiry dates.

These are usually a couple of years from the date of purchase. Please read the terms andconditions carefully before purchasing your voucher.

Can I share perks with friends and family?

Sometimes. This is easier to do with some perks than others.

For example, once you’ve bought an instant digital voucher, you’re free to send your voucherto any email address you fancy. You might want to send it to a friend or family member.

Code-based perks are even easier to share. Simply copy or make note of the code andpass it on. Sharing is caring.

Can I use these perks in conjuction with other discounts?

This would depend on the perk itself.

Can my employer see which perks I’m redeeming?

Your employer can view a company-wide reportof what has been redeemed.
