We are excited to announce our new group fitness schedule for The Palestra Fitness Center at The Penn Club. We are offering two group fitness classes a day, Monday through Thursday in May and June. Our Palestra team has put together some of the best aerobic, yoga and strength training classes that will challenge all levels of fitness. One of the most important benefits of group fitness classes, which studies have proven, is that attending them can motivate gym goers to continue to stick with their fitness program through the regularity of the program and peer encouragement. In addition, you are taught by an expert who can check your form to reduce the risk of injury, provide direction, and offer a clear plan towards fulfilling your fitness goals. Plus, you have an opportunity to make new friends at the Club! Our standard classes are included in your Palestra membership and included in your overnight stay. Non-Palestra members can pay a day rate to use the Fitness Center. For more information check out the calendar on our website, and call to reserve your spot.

While I’m on the subject of fun, physical activity…for all levels of golf enthusiasts, our Golf Intra Club is a great way to get out and play at some of our reciprocal clubs.
