US Patent No. 1: A total of 9,957 patents were issued before starting a numbering system.On 13 July 1836, US patent no. 1 was issued to John Ruggles for a traction wheel for steam locomotives.
1849Abraham Lincoln receives a patent for a ‘manner of buoying vessels’, still the only US president to receive his own patent.

US Patent No. 3,000,000: Issued on 12
September 1961 to Kenneth Eldredge. This related to an
automated system that translated
letters, numbers and symbols to data
processing code.
US Patent No. 7,000,000: Issued on 14 February 2006 to E. I. du Pont de Nemours. This related to a process for producing polysaccharide fibres.
US Patent No.1,000,000:
Issued on 8 August 1911 to Francis H.
Holton. This related to a tubeless
vehicle tire.

US Patent No. 10,000,000: Issued on 19 June 2018 to Raytheon Company. The patent describes a method of bouncing lasers off of targets to figure out their range and velocity.
