Cost Share Consultancies

Designed to help affiliates increase the number of families they serve, increase their operational capacity, receive suggestions from subject matter experts in the Habitat family or accomplish a specific goal for which they need assistance. The affiliate will share in the costs of a consultant or subject matter expert.

The consultancy starts with a discovery call to the affiliate by the consultant. After wants and needs are determined, the affiliate will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and an Engagement Service Plan (ESP) that the consultant has prepared to determine the scope and steps necessary to reach the goals set by the affiliate. There will be a mid-way check in to measure progress and then a final report and evaluation survey
